None of the versions on Youtube seem to have that very beautiful introduction and without it the whole effect of the song is diminished. Please somebody, upload the proper version!!!!!!!! Especially as there is a sort of symmetry between the songs in Mahal (the Lata songs picturised on Madhubala and the Rajkumari songs picturised on Vijaylakshmi.
honeygodoo9 on Monday, February 02, 2009 coz of that begining lata is wat lata is today! it is the most difficult n melodious part of the whole song!!! sooooo many sigers have tried to replicate lata in the way she opened the song.but failed miserabely!!.still thanks hali!!!!

that the video is correct but the singer is not Lata Mageshkar if you had
only an iota of a brain you would know by the singer's voice and also
altered lyrics.
